I need immediate access to the account associated with the username calform or email cth_jr1@msn.com. I have requested the reset password link multiple times but it has not been successful. I also need verification of my username. I have expressed the urgency and requested to speak with a human representative due to the repeated failure of receiving a valid reset link. My name is Calvin T. Hughes Jr. When asked to create a ticket, I confirmed by saying "Yes, Please create ticket."

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address, and it’s not on the bounce list, so you should be able to receive emails from Jotform without issues. I also reviewed the email logs, and the password reset emails have been sent successfully from our end. To improve deliverability, you can add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list and whitelist Jotform’s domain and IP address.

It seemed the Multiple Reset Request E-Mails arrived delayed.
