mumangalagangothriI have integrated google sheets to jotform. In the sheet, there are 4 image/document links (jotform links). I have also integrated google drive to the form. Now the documents are saved in the google drive folder. Is it possible to get the google drive links of those 4 documents in the google sheet?
My requirement is to send entry pass with seat number (to be given by me) to the eligible submissions after few days, using mailmerge add on! If you have an alternative suggestion for this, please give.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi mumangalagangothri,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your question, when you integrate your form with Google Drive, uploaded files are saved directly to your specified Google Drive folder. However, the integration with Google Sheets will show the Jotform links to the uploaded files, not the Google Drive links.
Currently, there is no direct way to automatically get the Google Drive links of those uploaded documents in your Google Sheets through Jotform's native integrations. The Google Sheets integration will only provide the Jotform hosted URLs for the uploaded files.
For your requirement to send entry passes with seat numbers using a mail merge add-on, you can consider the following alternative:
- Use the Jotform links from the Google Sheets for the uploaded documents as they are accessible URLs.
- Manually or via a script, map the seat numbers and other details in your Google Sheet.
- Use the mail merge add-on with the data from Google Sheets, including the Jotform file links, to send personalized emails.
If you want to have Google Drive links specifically, you might need to use additional automation tools outside Jotform, such as Google Apps Script or third-party automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Integromat) to fetch the Google Drive file URLs after upload and update your Google Sheet accordingly.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Lesther Support Team LeadHi mumangalagangothri,
Google Sheets integration doesn't support sourcing the file URL from Google Drive integration. I’ve passed your request along to our Developers so they can review it. Whether or not it’s developed, and when, will depend on their workload, how doable it is, and how many other users ask for it too. If/when there are any updates, we’ll update this thread so you’re the first to know.
