    Hi Rafael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

To help you with resending the password setup email for unlinking your Google account, could you please provide your email address or username associated with your Jotform account?

Once I have that, I can assist you further.

According to our records, your email address is not on any block or bounce list, and the reset password email is being sent now. Please check your spam or junk folder. To avoid missing future emails, consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:

I didn't receive the email. The problem isn't with my email, but with Jotform's email delivery. I need to unlink a Google account now and access it another way.

    Hi Rafael,

Unlinking a Google account from your Jotform account is straightforward. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar or Profile Image at the top-right corner, then select Settings.
    2. Go to Security from the left menu, then click Unlink in the Linked Accounts section. (If you haven't accessed the Security tab recently, you will be asked to enter a verification code.)
    3. You will receive an email to reset your password. Click on Set New Password in that email. (This step is necessary to disconnect your account.)
    4. Enter your new password, click Set New Password, and then click Continue.

That's it, your account will no longer be linked to your Google account.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

I would like to be assisted by a human. Automated responses that don't solve my problem are wasting my time, and I will cancel my Jotforma service.

    Hi Rafael,

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeline. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

I received it by email, but the link is expired. Could you resend it?

    Hi Rafael,

There was a temporary issue with email delivery, causing some emails to fail. This has been resolved. The email you received may have been delayed, which is why it appeared expired. A new password reset email has been sent to your address. Check your inbox to reset your password.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
