Signature field isn't working/showing

    I have had my Jotform contract for years, I have not changed anything on it and all of a sudden this week my clients have been telling me the signature part isn't working.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    It’s easy to let people type their name as their signature on your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop a Fill in the Blank element to your form.
    3. Now, edit the content the way you want to, and then click on Add Field.
    4. Then, in the Dropdown menu, select Signature.

    Now, anyone filling out the form can either type or sign their name as their signature:

    Hi Chantelle,

    I cloned your form and the Signature field is working as expected. But I can easily replicate the issue when I checked it directly on your form. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
