Form Over Quota: Access Not Restored After Deleting Files

    Hello, I am the user of the form and I've realized that I have exceeded my usage limit. Even after deleting some files, my form is still not functioning. Could you please help me restore access? Thank you!

    Your account is currently on the Free Plan and has reached the form count limits, which is why your form is not functioning even after deleting some files.

    To restore access and increase your limits, you can upgrade your account to a paid plan. Upgrading your account will increase your submissions, storage, form views, fields per form, and other limits immediately. You can choose from monthly or yearly payment schedules and pay via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    Here’s how to upgrade your account:

    1. Go to the Jotform Features and Pricing page and select the plan you want, then click on Upgrade.
    2. Choose a payment schedule (Monthly or Yearly) and enter your billing details.
    3. Select your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) and complete the payment.

    Once upgraded, your limits will increase immediately, and your forms will start functioning again.
