Accessing Form Results: How to Retrieve Submission Data for Your Form

I made this form using my login:

The form is still live and still works but for some odd reason I cannot get at the results. Is it possible for you to find the username for what account this form is on and email that user? I might get the response from you or someone in my organization will. Tell them Melissa Love needs access.

2. Filter the view by clicking on Filter at the top and unchecking all asset types except Forms so only your forms are shown.

Your Jotform account shows the form you're using. To clarify, when you mentioned you can't get the results, does this mean you can see and access the form, but you can't access the submissions? Or, is the form missing in your Jotform account's My Workspace?

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I filter under last activity. I completed the form earlier today to see if it would send me a submission. no luck on that either.

I also searched using the word vistage and nothing comes up.

Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.

I have accessed your My Workspace page and I was able to locate the form. The form is not on your My Workspace page. It is currently in the New Vendor Onboarding Team Workspace. Check out the screenshot below:

You can access the form submission from there or if needed, you can move this to your My Worpspace page. Let me show you how:

1. In the Team Workspace, hover your mouse over the form and select it.

2. Now click on the Move to My Workspace on the top and click on the Move Now button on the popup modal to move the form to your My Workspace page.
