I have deleted many of the submitted files in JotForm, but when I try to upload a new file it is rejected and I receive a message saying “Form Over Quota.”

    Hi Yazeed,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Your account is currently on the Free Plan and has reached its upload limits, which is why you are seeing the "Form Over Quota" message even after deleting submitted files.

Let me help you with that:

How to free up space and resolve the "Form Over Quota" issue:

    1. Delete and purge submissions with uploaded files: Deleting files alone does not always free up space. You need to delete the entire submissions and then purge them from the Trash to free up upload space.
    2. Steps to delete and purge submissions:
    1. Open your Jotform Submission Table and select the submissions with uploaded files.
    2. Click on Delete in the upper-right corner and confirm by clicking Move to Trash.
    3. Go to the Trashed Entries by clicking the three dots icon on the main tab and selecting Trashed Entries.
    4. Select the trashed submissions and click Delete Forever to permanently remove them.

Important: Make sure to download any submission files you want to keep before deleting them.

Consider upgrading your account: Upgrading from the Free Plan will increase your upload limits and storage space, allowing you to receive more submissions and upload larger files without hitting the quota.

    Here’s how to upgrade:

    1. Go to the Jotform Pricing Page and select the plan you want.
    2. Click Upgrade and follow the payment instructions.
    3. Your limits will increase immediately after upgrading.

If you continue to experience issues after deleting and purging submissions, you can also try clearing your form caches as the system may not recalculate usage immediately.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
