To cancel your Jotform account:
- Go to your My Workspace page and click on your profile picture/avatar at the top-right side.
- Click on your name to open the Account Page in a new tab.
- Scroll down and click on Delete My Account at the bottom.
- Confirm by clicking Yes, Delete in the confirmation window.
- Copy the verification code sent to your registered email.
- Enter the code to verify your identity and delete the account. You may need to click the green Verify button.
- Finally, click the red Delete My Account button to complete the process.
Regarding refunds:
If you cancel your account within 30 days of your payment made directly to Jotform, you may request and receive a refund. Refunds outside this window or for other reasons are at Jotform's sole discretion. Refunds are not available for add-ons or payments made through Apple or Google Play stores, which have their own refund policies.
If you want to cancel only your subscription, you can downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan, and your current paid plan will remain active until the next billing date. After that, your account will downgrade automatically and no further charges will occur.
