Podo: Support SpecialistHi Dusty,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Your account is currently on the Free Plan and you have not passed any limits yet. Here is a summary of your current usage compared to your plan limits:
Submissions 100 3 Payments 10 0 Uploads 100.00 MB 64.10 MB Total Submissions 500 2 Views 1,000 17 Signed Documents 10 0 AI Conversations 100 0 AI Sessions 10,000 0 AI Phone Call 50m 0m AI Agent SMS 250 0 Form Count 5 3 Regarding your upload space showing over half full even after clearing cache and purging trash cans, please note that sometimes the system doesn't automatically recalculate your account usage right after deleting files or submissions. To free up space, you can:
- Delete uploaded files attached to submissions: Open your Jotform Submission Table, click on the uploaded file, then click the Trash Can icon in the preview window, and confirm deletion.
- Delete and purge submissions with uploaded files: Select submissions in the Submission Table, delete them, then go to the Trash folder, select all, and delete forever to permanently free up space.
- Clear your form caches: On your Workspace page, click your Profile Picture, go to Settings, and click Clear Cache in the Form Caches section.
These steps help ensure your upload space is accurately updated.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

nicolaanngoldiedone that, please fix from your side. This is a known glitch

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Dusty,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you have already cleared cache and purged trash cans, yet your upload space still shows as over half full. Since you are on the Free Plan and have not exceeded any limits, the issue is likely due to the system not recalculating your usage immediately after deletions.
Unfortunately, there is no direct way for us to manually fix this from our side. The best approach is to ensure you have:
- Deleted uploaded files attached to submissions by opening your Submission Table, clicking on the uploaded file, and deleting it.
- Deleted and purged submissions with uploaded files by selecting submissions, deleting them, then permanently deleting them from the Trash folder.
- Cleared your form caches from your Workspace page under Settings.
If after these steps your upload space still does not update, it may take some time for the system to recalculate the usage correctly. This is a known behavior and usually resolves itself after a short period.
Here is a summary of your current usage compared to your plan limits for your reference:
Submissions 100 3 Payments 10 0 Uploads 100.00 MB 64.10 MB Total Submissions 500 2 Views 1,000 17 Signed Documents 10 0 AI Conversations 100 0 AI Sessions 10,000 0 AI Phone Call 50m 0m AI Agent SMS 250 0 Form Count 5 3 We appreciate your patience with this issue. If you notice the problem persists for an extended period, please let us know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
