    Hi jubilantwest,

Restoring the deleted assets from your Workspace is quick and easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on Trash.
    2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
    3. Then, in the menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Select All to show all the deleted assets, and click anywhere on the page to close it.
    4. Next, put checks in the boxes next to the assets you want to restore, and click on Restore in the top-left corner of the page.

    Hi jubilantwest,

Are you referring to a form or a submission entry? Unfortunately, Jotform stores deleted forms and submissions in the Trash for up to 30 days, which allows you to restore them easily during that period. If your deleted form data is not in the Trash, it might have been permanently deleted or removed beyond the recovery period.

If the data is not in Trash, it means it cannot be restored through the usual interface. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to recover data that has been permanently deleted and is not in Trash.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
