    Hello, I work for NaoNow mentoring. My feedback page never finishes loading. When it does load, I can't submit it. The wheel keeps spinning and then the level result page is blank.     I see that the form is being prefilled with URL parameters. Does the issue only occurs with this URL? Can you try using the direct form URL so we can help isolate the issue

    Sorry, I don't understand what you're asking me to do. There's another site that we use and then we click on the create feedback tab and it brings us to the page I sent you. I tried to do the feedback from another device and a different internet source but the same thing keeps happening. I am the only one having this issue. I tried another browser as well.

    Hi Kevin,

    My collegue is asking you to fill out the direct form URL since the one URL you shared is prefilled. But since you mentioned that you fill out the form on another site. Can you share it with us? Can you try to fill out the form as well using an incognito window?

    If the issue persists, can you inform the form owner so that they can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page as we may need to test their live form.

    I tried already on incognito as well. I don't have the ability to do a direct url that isn't prefilled. here is the link that I click from.
    Everyone else tested on their end as well and had no issues.

    Thanks for sharing the link with us. Unfortunately, we're unable to access the form through there, as it's behind a login wall. If other users are able to complete it, the issue may be related to your specific environment. Can you try submitting the form again, and once you receive the error, open the console report and share a screenshot with us?

    Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kevin,

    I'm unable to replicate the issue on a cloned form, and I don't see the same errors when the form is loaded. Also, if I understood correctly, you also asked others to test it, and they were also unable to replicate the issue. Considering that no one else can replicate the issue, the issue might be only on your end. Can you try to use a different device?

    Also, can you share a screenshot of the console log when you try to submit the form and it gets stuck on Please wait? Considering that you are not the form owner, I would also suggest you to report this issue to the form owner as well.

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.

    Hi Kevin,

    The form owner is probably the person who shared the form link with you and asked you to submit it.

    You shared a screenshot of the form when it was loaded, before you started to fill it. On my end I don't see any errors, and I don't think that the error on your end would prevent the form from being submitted. Can you provide a screenshot of the console log when you fill out the form and try to submit it?

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.

    Hi Kevin,

    Have you reported the issue to the form's owner? How did you get a copy of the prefilled link? You'll need to reach out to the form's owner and provide the screenshots of the browser's console report. Then, they'll contact us to report the error you've run into.

    I'm waiting for a response from the people I report to because I am not sure who the owner of the form is. The prefilled link is from when I click the tab on the page I am a part of and it opens that page. I just copied and pasted it from the URL box on my browser to send to you here.

    Based on the error, it appears to be pointing to one of the widgets on his form. Since you mentioned you reported this already, they will be reaching out to us for further help, and the best option for now is to wait for the issue to be resolved.

    As my colleague mentioned above, based on the error, it appears to be related to one of the widgets on the form. Contacting the form owner about this will prompt them to reach out to me for further investigation.
