Missing Quantity Boxes in Product List

    your support isnt helping me... when I use other form ocmpanys they can get into my account and fix my issues that i did not create.

    a. I have a, 2 items that do not have quantity box below their ntitle


    b. the pay form is not working the credit card info is blank this happened after it was working , again nothing i did

    can you fix eternaly i am not follwing podos istructions or yours

    Hi Leititia,

    Thanks for using Jotform. It's easy to add a quantity dropdown in your product. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Product List field and then, click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of it.
    2. In the Product List Settings menu on the right, under the Products tab, hover your mouse over a product and click on the Pencil icon. Missing Quantity Boxes in Product List Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Then, in the Product Settings window, under the Options tab, click on Add on the right side of Add a Quantity Selector.
    4. Select Dropdown under the Show Quantity on the Form as.
    5. Finally, click on Save Quantity and you're done.

    There was no way I can follow these instructions.Can you please do it for me?I right now have a form.I cannot use you somehow removed the attachment to my credit card.You also have not been able to put a quantity box on the two items.I cannot do it.I need support

    Hi Letitia,

    Could you clarify what specific issue you are experiencing when editing your form? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    I already sent you a screenshot. I showed you where the item is listed yet.
    There is no quantity box below the title of the item.But I will send you
    another picture.
    In addition, somehow, the credit card boxes that you fill are blank now.
    You only can put in your name first name and last name. It got detached and
    I can't keep doing this. I didn't do anything. I didn't change the form,
    and I did it on its own. Explain, please explain why.And I cannot fix
    this.I need your help. If you cannot do a phone call, can't you at least do
    a zoom call...

    Can you share with me if I cannot do this after completing the form and it
    running. Why can't you guys take responsibility and fix it for me? I

    We haven’t got phone support, but you’ll get all the help you need right here on this thread. Now, going back we haven't received any screenshot from you, if you are replying via email and attached the screenshot via email, we won't be able to see that. You can follow the steps my colleague shared above on how to attach a screenshot on your replies.
