The number of participant field enforced a minimum entry of 10

Participant field minimum – At one point the participant field enforced a minimum of 10, preventing me from testing 8 participants for Candle Painting. I would like 8 to be allowed as input so the formula handles the “max(0, Participants – Secret_Min_Pax)” logic.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Workshop Booking Form for The Werkstatt form, and it appears that the minimum entry limit for the Number of Participants field is set to 10. Check out my screenshot below:

If you want to test it and enter 8 in the Number of Participants field, you need to temporarily set the minimum entry limit to a number lower than 10. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, select the Number of Participants field and click on its Gear icon to open the Number Properties on the right.

2. Click on the Options tab at the top and set the Minimum Entry Limit to any number lower than 10 that you prefer.
