Jerlan JotForm SupportHi Danielle,
Regarding your question about integrating Venmo or Zelle with Stripe to require payment before form submission, currently, Jotform does not support direct integration with Venmo or Zelle as payment gateways. Stripe supports multiple payment methods such as credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, but Venmo and Zelle are not among the supported payment options within Stripe on Jotform.
If you want to collect payments via Venmo or Zelle specifically, you might consider including instructions or payment details in your form for users to manually send payments outside the form, but this would not enforce payment before submission automatically.
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

716pawsThat is currently how I have my form set up, but I’m wondering if there is a way if the user selects Zelle or Venmo as their payment choice that the submission button be hidden unless they click the link to our Venmo account?716 PAWSOn Mar 14, 2026, at 4:25 PM, Jotform <noreply@jotform.com> wrote:

Camila JotForm SupportHi Danielle,
As mentioned earlier, Jotform currently does not support direct integration with Venmo or Zelle as payment gateways within the Stripe connection. You can use conditional logic to hide the Submit button by default and only show it when the user selects Stripe or after they confirm they have completed the payment via Venmo or Zelle (for example, by clicking a checkbox or send proof that confirms payment).
You can display questions based on selected answers in a few simple steps. Let me show first show you how to add the questions:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example)
- Next, click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Next, click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Show/Hide Field to create your condition (if you already have a condition, first click on Add Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field).
4. Set the conditions like you see below and click on Save:

The condition is set to show the follow up questions when the user selects Yes. Check out the screencast below to see what happens when the condition is met or not met:

716pawsCan this be set up so that the user has to click the link to our venmo or Zelle account and then upload confirmation of payment before the Submit button will appear?

John JotForm SupportHi Danielle,
Regarding your question about setting up your form so that the Submit button is hidden unless the user clicks a link to your Venmo or Zelle account and uploads confirmation of payment, you can set up the condition as what my colleague Camila instructed above.
When the user select either Venmo or Zelle as their payment method, conditionally show the link to your Venmo or Zelle account as well as the File Upload field where the user can upload the payment confirmation. Also, use conditional logic to hide the Submit button by default and only show it when the user selects Venmo or Zelle and uploads their payment confirmation.
This way, the Submit button will only appear after the user has acknowledged payment and provided proof that they have made the payment through Venmo or Zelle. Here is the condition that I have set up:
Check out the screencast below of my results after setting up these conditions:
You can also check and test my Demo Form if it meets your requirements. You can also Clone it for you to see how I set the conditions and the fields.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Rica Support Team LeadHi Danielle,
I checked your form and can see that you have a condition that will only show the Payment Amount field if Credit Card is selected as Form of Payment. I tested your form and can confirm the condition is working as expected. I don't see those fields when selecting Venmo as Form of Payment.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

716pawstts still showing payment information for the Credit card when I

Jeric_THi Danielle,
I checked your conditions, and condition number 4 is causing a conflict. If you selected No, it shows the payment field. This overrides the other condition based on the Form Payment selected.
Is it a requirement that only a credit card will be the form of payment if Spayed/Neuter is No? If yes, then your form is working as intended. If this is created by mistake, you can disable or remove this condition. Or if you are trying to achieve something else, let us know in detail so we can create a different condition or find a workaround.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Thank you that seems to fix it.
