jsnumail825Hi I mistakenly created this app using my personal jotform account and really need it to be on my business acccount. Is there any way to merge the accounts or transfer the app or do any thing to get this app to the other account, I used ai to build and can't rebuild it myself. Thank you.

Unfortunately, Workflows, Apps, and AI Agents cannot be transferred between Jotform accounts at this time. Only forms can be moved from one account to another.
Since your app was created using your personal account and you want it on your business account, there is no direct way to transfer the app itself. You would need to rebuild it in the business account.
If you have forms that are part of the app, those forms can be transferred under certain conditions, but the app as a whole cannot be moved.

Currently, Jotform does not offer the option to merge two accounts into one. Each Jotform account remains separate, and there is no feature to combine them.
If you need to move forms from one account to another, you can transfer forms under certain conditions, but this does not apply to apps or the entire account itself.

To change the email address of your Jotform account, follow these steps:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right corner.
- Click on your name to open your Account Page in a new tab.
- Click Edit next to your current email address.
- Enter your new email address and click Save.
If the "Require Verification to Change Email" setting is enabled in your account's Privacy Settings, you will need to enter an authentication code sent to your current email address to confirm the change. Then, you will receive a verification email at your new email address. Clicking the Verify Now button in that email will complete the process.
Please note that if you only want to change the email address used for form notification emails, that is a separate process.
