summercamp_summercamp558I have 10 forms that need to be sent out to parents registering for camp tomorrow. The continue button does not work on ANY of them. I have cleared my form cache and tried this on multiple devices but I am getting the same problem.
Changing the password is not an option.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi summercamp_summercamp558,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the issue with the continue button not working on your password-protected forms, here are some important points to consider:
- If your forms are password protected, users must enter the correct password before they can proceed. If the password is not provided or incorrect, the continue button may not work as expected.
- Changing the password is not an option for you, so ensure that the password entered by users matches exactly what is set in the form settings.
- Also, check if your forms have the "Continue Forms Later" feature enabled. This feature allows users to save their progress and continue later, but it requires at least four fields on the form and some user interaction before the save button appears.
- If your forms use page breaks, the continue button is part of the navigation buttons. If any conditions hide the submit button, it might also hide the navigation buttons, affecting the continue button functionality.
Let me help you with that:
- Verify the password set on each form under Settings > Form Settings > Password Protection section.
- Ensure users enter the correct password when accessing the form.
- Check for any conditions that might hide navigation buttons including the continue button.
- Confirm if the Continue Forms Later feature is enabled if you want users to save progress and continue later.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide more details such as any error messages seen or screenshots of the form behavior so we can assist further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

summercamp_summercamp558I have done all of this and it has not solved the problem. The 'continue' button is unclickable.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi summercamp_summercamp558,
Since the continue button is unclickable on all your forms despite trying the usual troubleshooting steps, this may indicate a more specific issue possibly related to form settings, browser compatibility, or a bug.
Let me show you how to further troubleshoot this:
- Test the forms in different browsers to see if the issue persists across all or is browser-specific.
- Disable any browser extensions or ad blockers that might interfere with form scripts and buttons.
- Check your form conditions to ensure no logic is unintentionally hiding or disabling the continue button.
- Review any custom CSS or scripts added to the forms that might affect button functionality.
- Try cloning one of the forms and test the clone to see if the issue remains.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please share screenshots or more details about the form setup and the exact behavior you see when trying to click the continue button.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

summercamp_summercamp558I have tried these steps too.

Aries JotForm SupportHi summercamp_summercamp558,
I cloned your form and the Continue button is working properly. Check out the screencast below:
I cleared your form cache as a precaution. Can you try to access your form again? If the issue persists, can you share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
