How can I add multiple 'Do' actions in logic to hide a page?

I am experiencing an issue where I can only add the 'IF' option when trying to add additional 'Do' actions in a logic to hide a page. I do not see the + sign next to the existing DO action in the condition editor, so I cannot add multiple DO actions when the UI does not show the option.
Additionally, I want to hide pages conditionally based on the number of owners, but the current logic to hide pages for owner #2, #3, #4 when only one owner exists is not working. I want to verify if the form setup is correct for conditional page hiding. I am frustrated with the logic feature not working correctly and want to know if there is someone I can speak to for support.

The logic in place does not seem to be working when I preview the form.

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Skip To/Hide a Page condition currently doesn't have the option to add multiple DO actions.

I’ve passed your request along to our Developers so they can review it. Whether or not it’s developed, and when, will depend on their workload, how doable it is, and how many other users ask for it too. If/when there are any updates, we’ll update this thread so you’re the first to know.

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
