Lara_CassidyWe are taking orders for multiple products at a tradeshow. Some of the customers own more than one store, but do not need the same equipment for each store. They want to place one order for one store or multiple stores.
I'm trying to create an order form where the customer can do separate orders on one form. I need the option for multiple orders to be combined into one grand total, and also have the ability to view the individual order on it's own.

Lesther Support Team LeadHi Lara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you give us more details of what you're trying to accomplish? Do these stores have individual payment collections? If that's the case, there's no way to accomplish this in a single form.
However, if you only want to organize the products per store, you can list these items in a category. Each item in each category will display the subtotal. The overall total will display at the end of the list. Open this link to test my demo form. The screencast below also demonstrates how it works:
You can easily create categories in the Product List element in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
- In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Settings.
- Toggle Enable Categories to the On position and enter your category name, and click on Add.
- Under the Add button, click on the Add Page button and select the products that you want to include in this category.
You can add as many categories as you want by repeating the steps. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll look when you add two categories: You can also check out our How to Add Product Categories to Payment Fields guide for more information.Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
