secretaryrtcaWe sent a form to our members who all have individual email addresses. One member and get husband use the same computer. He completed the form but when she tries to complete the form she gets the following message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."
Since they both have separate emails why can't she do her submission?
Thank you

Allowing the same person to fill out your form multiple times is quick and easy. Setting it up takes no time at all1here9s how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, click on Show More Options.
- Next, in the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission Dropdown menu.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

secretaryrtcaWe don't want anyone to complete the form multiple times. The problem is two people in the same household with separate emails and both of the completing the form. The system is only allowing one.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi RTCApolls,

You can prevent multiple submissions from the same person by setting form limits based on a unique field, such as the email address. This way, each email address can only submit once, even if the form is accessed from the same computer.
Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down to the Unique Field section and select the field you want to use, such as the Email field.
This setting will ensure that each unique email address can only submit the form once, regardless of whether the submissions come from the same device.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

secretaryrtcaThank you for responding. I did figure a way for this person to vote by not checking cookies or IP addresses. Once she votes I'll dry everything back. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
