Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To clarify, do you want to sign the Sign Document you created with Jotform? There's actually two ways on how you can Sign it from your desktop.
1. First one is by generating the sign document link.
a. In Sign Builder, in the top navigation bar at the top, click on the Send tab.
b. In the left side of the page, click on Share With Link.
c. Next, click on Create link if you haven't created a link for the document yet.
d. Finally, click on Copy to copy the link, and paste it on a new tab on your browser.
2. The second option is using the Send option.
a. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top, click on Send.
b. Under the Send To Sign section, enter the name and email of the recipient.
c. Then, click on Send to Sign.
An email will be sent to the recipient, for them to review and sign the document. Check this out:Both option will give you the interface of the signing page, where you can fill out the fields, draw/type-in your signature, and complete the document. Here's how it normally looks:
