One of our users is experiencing an issue with the approval workflow. The user receives a notification in their Outlook mailbox to approve a form. However, when they click the “Go to Inbox” button in the email, the Jotform Inbox opens but no pending forms appear under the Waiting for Approvals section.
To resolve this, the user has to click on the Completed Forms tab and then return to the Waiting for Approvals tab. After doing this, the pending approval items appear as expected.
Could you please advise why the pending approvals are not displaying immediately when the user opens the Jotform Inbox from the email link?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I tested with one of my forms, but I can't replicate the issue. When I click the Go to Inbox button in the email, the list of pending approvals are showing as expected, I didn't have to navigate to the other tabs to make it appear. Check this out:
Can you try it with another browser or clear your browser's cache to see if it helps? If the issue persists, you can share with us the form having the issue so we can clone it and run some tests.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
