Podo: Support SpecialistHi Nadja,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the issue where the new user you invited to your account cannot see your forms and their account appears empty, here is some important information:
Jotform's standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) allow only one login credential per Jotform account. This means that if you add a new user by invitation, they will have their own separate account and will not automatically see the forms in your account.
If you want multiple users to access and manage the same forms under one account, you would need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts allow multiple users with different roles to access and collaborate on forms within the same organization.
Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same form. For sharing submission data, you can share your submission tables with your team using Jotform Tables collaboration.
Here’s how to allow other users access in Enterprise:
- Log in to your Enterprise admin account and open Admin Console.
- Go to Users on the left, then select Add New User.
- Enter the user's name, email, and specify their role (Admin, User, or Data Only User), then click Add User.
The system will send an invitation email for the user to complete registration.
If you are not using Enterprise and just invited a user to create a separate login, they will not see your forms because each account is independent.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Nadja,
Did the shared user check the Shared with me folder? Accessing all the Assets shared with you is easy. Let me show you where you can find them:
- On your Workspace, in the menu on the left, click on Shared With Me.
- In the top-left side of the page, click on Forms.
- In the Dropdown menu that opens, select the Asset type you want to view.
Additionally, you can filter the Assets depending on the person who shared them. Let me show you how to do it:- While you are still in the Shared With Me folder, in the top-right side of the page, click on Shared By.
- In the Dropdown menu that opens, put a check in the box next to the name of the person whose shared assets you want to see.
There is also a filter option that is based on the form’s Title [a-z], Title [z-a], Creation Date, Last Edit, Last Submission, Submission Count, and Unread. Let me show you how to use it:- While you are still in the Shared With Me folder, in the top-right corner, click on Last Edit.
- In the Dropdown menu that opens, select the sorting option you want. For example, Last Edit, which means that the assets will be sorted based on the last time the asset was edited.
The other filter option is based on the keywords that you type in. Let me show you how to use it:- While you are still in the Shared With Me folder, in the top-right corner, enter a form keyword in the Search Bar.
- After entering the keyword, the assets that have the same words you entered in the Search Bar will be automatically shown.
That’s it. Reach out again if you have any other questions.
