    Good Day,


    Kindly can someone contact me as I would like to find out about your different packages and the white labelling. I have previously completed this form with no assistance received

    Hi Louise,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:

    https://yourcompanydomain.com/formId

    But, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Here’s how to set it up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Next, click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    3. Edit your form link, and click on Apply.

    Now, your form link will look like the one below:

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname

    If you are aiming to have a white-labeled Jotform or custom form domain, it is only available with our Enterprise Plan. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:

    1. Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
    2. Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

    Hi Louise,

    I’m sorry that you haven’t heard back from the Enterprise Sales Team even though you filled out the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request. I’ve gone ahead and contacted the Enterprise Sales Team and informed them about this so someone should be contacting you shortly.

    In the meantime, can you search your entire email inbox for any messages originating from a Jotform.com domain, as the message could have been filed under your spam or junk folders.
