    in the following form I have a multiple check box with options at the top. I can't work out how to set condition to hide the follow up question if the check box relevant is not checked. For example, if debts and loans is not checked I do not want the debts and loans date colection to show

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. It's easy to set the condition to achieve your goal. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.

    3. Select the Show/Hide Field.

    4. Finally, create the condition as shown below and click on Save.

    thanks - I assume i need to repeat that for every check box and the corresponding fields? I thought I might be able to do it in one condition

    Hi Tony,

    That's right. If the selected option will show other form elements, you'll need to repeat the condition for each. Make sure the correct option is selected, and the same with the form elements that should show in the conditions.
