Podo: Support SpecialistHi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your issue with the calendar not showing approved time off, it appears that Jotform's Calendar Listing allows you to present submission data in a calendar format, but it requires proper setup to display the data correctly.
Here’s how to ensure your calendar shows the approved time off:
- Create a Calendar Listing Report: In your Workspace page, filter to show only Forms, then select the form you want to generate the report for.
- Go to Reports: Click on Reports at the top menu, then Add New Report or Create Report.
- Select Calendar Listing: Choose Calendar Listing as the report type and configure the report by selecting the appropriate date field that corresponds to the time off dates.
- Configure Fields: Select the form field(s) that represent the individual or the time off details to display on the calendar entries.
- Create and Use the Report: Once created, you can copy the report link or embed it where needed to view the calendar with the approved time off displayed.
If your calendar is not updating after approving time off, please verify that the date fields and form fields used in the Calendar Listing report are correctly set to reflect the approved submissions.
Also, if you are using appointment fields or integrations with external calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly), ensure that the synchronization settings are properly configured to reflect changes in your calendar.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi Jason,
I checked your app, but I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to, was it the calendar displayed below the card forms listed in your app? Also, was that a custom made widget you created? Now, if you're referring to the submissions themselves, I don't see in your app that it was actually added. Let me walk you through how to add a table:
1. In App Builder, in the left side of the page, click on Add Element button.
2. In the Add Element panel on the left, look for the Table element and add it to the app.
3. Next, select the form you want to display the submissions.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Wells_JasonWhen someone request off and I approve it I want it to show in the calendar

Jan JotForm SupportHi Jason,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your setup more closely, and I now understand that you want approved time-off requests to appear on the calendar automatically after they’ve been approved.
I cloned your Time Off Request form and its Approval Workflow, and I was able to replicate the same issue on my first test. After that, I removed the Google Calendar action from the Approval Workflow and added it back again. Once I reconnected it and tested another approval, the approved request appeared on Google Calendar correctly.
Can you try removing the Google Calendar action from the Approval Workflow and then adding it back again using the same settings shown below?

After that, approve a new test submission and check whether it appears on your calendar. In my test, the approved request showed up correctly after reconnecting the Google Calendar action. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
