    How long does it take until I receive an answer to a support request ticket?

    Also, if I choose to privatize a query in the future, where might I access it?

    Regarding the response time for support request tickets: The exact response time can vary, but you can always check the status of your support tickets by going to your Workspace page. At the top-right, hover over Support, then click on My Support Requests to view your tickets and their statuses.

    About privatizing a query: If you want to set your support thread as private when creating it, go to the Contact Us page and check the Make private option before submitting. For existing threads, you can go to your Asked Questions, open the public support ticket, and reply indicating you want it to be private. Your ticket will be set as private once a support agent is assigned to it.
