    Hi,

    I want to confirm whether my current bill for the Bronze Yearly plan has been paid. I have an active subscription with completed payments for both the initial and renewal invoices.

    Hi Varghese,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I have checked, your account has been renewed today, and it has been paid. You can Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
