Form Conditions: Hidden Visitor #1 Field Always Visible Despite Conditions

I have a field called visitor #1 which is hidden by default and should only show based on certain conditions.

Please advise why its always showing by default even when the condition is not met

I cloned your form and found that the Visitor #1 field appears because the Spinner field for How many attendees in the visit (Other than yourself) has a default value of 1. Since your condition is set to show Visitor #1 when that field equals 1, the field is triggered as soon as the form loads. Here’s how to check it:

1. In Form Builder, select the Spinner field and click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Spinner Properties.
2. Then, in Spinner Properties, click on the Advanced tab, and see that the Default Value is 1.
3. Which trigger the Visitor #1 field to show.

If you want the Visitor #1 field to stay hidden until the user selects a number, remove the default value from that Spinner field. You can check my updated cloned form.
