    Good morning,

I am trying to migrate Wufoo form using the migration tool, jotform.com/wufoo-alternative/migrate/.

It only shows me two forms available to migrate, can you explain why this could be?

    Thanks,

    Leo

    Hi Leo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

The Wufoo form migration tool shows only the forms that are fetched after you provide your Wufoo Username/Subdomain and API Key and authenticate. If you see only two forms available to migrate, it could be because only those two forms are accessible or available in your Wufoo account at the time of authentication.

Here’s how the migration process works:

    1. Go to the Wufoo Migration Portal and click the Start Migrating Now button.
    2. Provide your Wufoo Username/Subdomain and API Key on the next screen.
    3. Click Authenticate to fetch your forms and data from Wufoo.
    4. Select the forms from the list that appears after authentication.
    5. Click Migrate to start migrating the selected forms.

If you only see two forms, it means only those two forms were fetched from your Wufoo account. This could be due to:

    • Limited number of forms in your Wufoo account.
    • Access restrictions or permissions on other forms.
    • API key limitations or issues fetching all forms.

You can check your Wufoo account to confirm how many forms are there and ensure your API key has the necessary permissions.

For more detailed guidance, you can visit the How to Import Wufoo Forms to Jotform guide.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
