I noticed that the pdf filename uses a hyphen (-) in between every word. Is there any way to change that?
    Thanks,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

In Jotform PDFs, the system automatically converts spaces into hyphens when generating the file. Spaces are replaced by hyphens in PDF filenames mainly for technical and compatibility reasons.

Currently, there’s no way in Jotform’s PDF settings to keep spaces in the filename. It will always replace them with hyphens. The only workarounds are to use underscores (_) instead of spaces in your PDF File Name setup or rename the PDF manually after download.

You can also use a third-party automation like Zapier or Make/Integromat to generate and save the PDF with your preferred filename format.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
