I want to put a text paragraph and a QR code in the email sent by Autoresponder. I can only add fields in the form. How do I ad something that is not in the form.

    Hi Kelly,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You need to add a Paragraph field and a QR code into your form so you can add them to your Autoresponder Email. Here’s all you need to do:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

    2. Under the Basic tab, add a Paragraph field into your form, go to the Widgets tab, find and add the QR Code widget into your form as well.

    3. Add your desired text in the Paragraph field, prepare the data you want to encode, configure the QR code widget, and choose the specific information to include.

    4. Enter values such as Submission ID and optionally include form field data, insert a URL (e.g., your form link), review the QR code setup, finalize the configuration, and click on Update.

Now, let's add them in the Autoresponder Email:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Select Emails on the left side of the page and hover your mouse over your Autoresponder, and click on the Pencil icon to edit.

    3. Under the Content tab, click on Form Fields, add the Paragraph field and the QR Code widget, and click on Save Email.

If you don't want the fields to show in your form, you can hide them by following this guide.
