GHL Integration: Custom Fields Not Displaying in Dropdown

    I'm looking for information and syntax on custom fields. I see it in the GHL dropdown but it just says 'custom fields' and doesn't actually show me any of my custom fields. Thanks in advance!!

    I'm actually having the same issue. The custom fields that I have in GoHighLevel don't even show. However, there is a "custom fields" name in the dropdown which seems very odd.

    404 the page doesnt exist

    Hi Derek,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The link my colleague provided earlier was a private thread created for another user's account, which is why it shows a 404 error when you try to access it.

    As for the main issue where custom fields are missing in the GoHighLevel integration, our Developers are actively working on a fix. We don't have an exact timeframe yet, but we will make sure to update everyone on this thread as soon as the issue is resolved.

    Any idea of when this will be resolved? I switched my client to JotForm specifically for its customization capabilities.
