Why is my upload space still almost full after deleting submissions?

I am experiencing an issue where my upload space is still almost full even though I deleted almost all submissions. There is only one form in my account, and it shows 0 submissions. I originally had 35 submissions and deleted 33 of them because I want to keep the remaining 2. However, the upload space usage has not decreased. I checked the trash, and it says I have no deleted forms. When I click on the three dots, there are no trashed entries. I also deleted the submission with the file upload, but there was no change in the upload space usage. I need help understanding why the upload space is still almost full despite deleting submissions and how to resolve this issue.
