    Chatbot tatizo Lake inakua inatoa majibu hata yasiyohusu Biashara/Brand/kampuni yangu kwenye zile tu taarifa nilipoipata. Na nimejaribu Kuifundisha isiwe inatoa majibu nje ya yanayonihusu tu lakini inafeli kufanya Hivyo. Nikihitaji ikiulizwa, kwa Mfano "Barack Obama ni Nani" iwe inajibu "Samahani, Siwezi kutoa majibu yasiyohusu Brim Edge"

    Now, coming back to your question, you can easily restrict the AI Agent to your respond based on your Knowledgebase only. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings on the upper right side.
    2. Toggle Off the Chatbot Site Search Assist. That's it.
