How to Combine Submissions of Multiple Forms?

The above information just shows the new sheet as a tab but does NOT show how you can import the data from multiple forms/tables in one table so you can use all the data together.

There is no point in importing the information just to put it in a second tab when you can't use it in the same view or use the imported information together - it is no different than just having two different spreadsheets/tables that you look at together.

    Hi Jenyltuazon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform Tables allows you to connect multiple forms by adding new tabs linked to each form's data, but the combined data appears in separate tabs rather than merged into a single unified view. This means you can't directly import and merge data from multiple forms into one single table view.

As a workaround, you can use the Combine Submissions app to merge submissions from multiple forms into one file after data collection. Also, you can create connected tabs for each form and use lookup or rollup features to reference data across forms.

Try that and reach out again if you need more help.
