Cannot access account—previous ecommerce manager quit without providing transition information.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you still have access to the email address the previous ecommerce manager used to log in? If you do, you can reset the password and regain access right away. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information. If you don’t have access to that email, send us either the account username or the email address registered to the Jotform account, and we can check the account status and guide you through the next steps to recover access.Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Jan,
I already tried that but no password reset is coming through. And now our form has broken and we cannot log in to the account to fix this for our contact page.

We do all our support in the Help Center. If you can’t update your email address because the current one is unavailable and you can’t access the verification email, can you submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it?
