    I'd like to attach a pdf to our approval email. We need a signature that they've read the document - is that possible?

    I'd like to attach a pdf to our approval email. 

    Do you want to attach a file or are you referring to the PDF with the submission data?

    We need a signature that they've read the document - is that possible?

    Do you need the signature from the form submitter or the form approver?
