    Hi The EC,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to require a phone number format with the Configurable List widget. Instead, I suggest using the Phone Number element instead. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Phone Number field.
    2. Then, click on the Gear icon on the right side of it to open Properties.
    3. Under the Options tab, toggle Input Mask to the On position.
    4. Now, set the number format you want, using the Number symbol (#) to represent each digit.

You can set the number of digits by adding the Number symbol (#), and people can only enter as many digits as you specify. Check out the screencast to see how it’ll work:

Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
