PDF Editor: Positioning checkbox to the left of content not aligning correctly

In the PDF, when we upload, If I want to add checkbox just left of any content, it is either going up or down not left of it. I want to add that check box, so that, if someone reads the statement, will mark as read.

Please help if we can maintain the checkbox just of any of the article in the PDF and same should be visible to the end user.

After that at last, document will be signed.

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Below is the screenshot, where highlighted checkbox, I want to move left side of the content.

There would no be only one checkbox, I would completely change this document to my original one and add multiple checkboxes.
