There should be field level encryption options for sensitive data, encrypting an entire form seems less than useful.

    Hi Jeff,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you give me a few more details so I can understand what you need? Do you mean you want the encrytion to be applied per form field and not the entire form? If so, currently, encrytion is for all data collected on form. We can open a Feature request for that if that is what you mean. Otherwise if not, can you explain more?

As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.

Yes, I'm suggesting that this would be a property within settings for each field on a form, in addition to the entire form. I have forms where I'd like to encrypt the birth date or other sensitive identity information but not the entire form/field list and values.

    Hi Jeff,

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
