How to Export Data from a Specific Form Only?

Can you export Form submissions data from a certain form instead of all the forms at once?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While it is not possible to export form submission data only from a specific form, you can download them from the submission tables instead. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, click on the form with the data you want to download, and click on Submissions on the top-left side of the page.
2. In Tables that opens, in the upper-right side of the page, click on Download All. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.
