Form Styling: Font Size Changes Not Saving After Applying

    Font size is not saved. After I click apply changes it goes back to 16px. All other changes oork. Help please.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support.  In Jotform, font size changes reverting to 16px usually indicate that the styling is being overridden by the Original PDF limitations rather than a saving issue. When working with Original PDF forms, only specific styling options are supported, and font size changes may reset if the embedded PDF font doesn't allow resizing or if the field is locked by the original document’s formatting.

    To help confirm this, can you share the Form ID so we can check? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
