Submissions: How to Duplicate a Signed Submission Without Using Action Buttons

Is there a way to duplicate a submission since action buttons cannot be used for a submission that has been signed?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform does not provide a direct way to duplicate a submission, especially for submissions that have been signed, as editing or duplicating signed submissions is restricted to maintain their integrity.

Unfortunately, there is no automated feature to duplicate signed submissions directly within Jotform. You can manually duplicate the submission by typing the data or doing a copy & paste per cell/column. But signed documents and signatures can't be copied, as shown in the screencast below:

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
