    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Did you fill out a quiz form? If so, do note that Jotform is an online form builder used by our customers to collect data from their responders.

    If you have filled out a form created through Jotform and have questions about it, it is important to get in touch with the form owner to discuss the status of your submission. You can get in touch with them by responding to the Autoresponder Email if you have received one when you make your submission to their form. But if that's not what you mean, can you explain it a bit more so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
