Why don't I have the option to save, print or download PDF from PDF Editor?

    Why don't I have the option to save, print or download PDF from PDF Editor? Is it because I am using the free version? I dont have any of the icons on the top right under Preview PDF. I need to download my PDF. Please help!

These features are available regardless of your account being free or paid, so the absence of icons is likely due to navigation or settings rather than account limitations. Can you share a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
