Form Fields: How to Separate Data Within a Single Field or Use Multiple Fields

Can I break out data within a field, or do I need to break out additional fields?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For Excel reports, each column is generated from a single form field. Data within a single field can’t be split into separate columns in the report. If you need the data broken out, the form would need to use separate fields for each piece of information. That way, each value will appear in its own column when the Excel report is generated.
