OneDrive Integration: Submissions not syncing and 'failed to send' error

    Hi team, I have not changed any setting but my submissons for the past 2months have failed to integrate into my OneDrive, although I can see that the intergration is still there with a green tick. I deleted the integration, and re-set it up and tried to 'send files' just for the missnig submissions but its system says 'failed to send' without any help or hint on what's wrong. Need help please thank you!

    Hi Vertex SMM,

    Thanks for reaching out too us for help. Since you've already re-integrated OneDrive, can you confirm if it works on new submissions? As for the previous missing submissions, I assume you're referring to the Send Data to Other Apps feature in Jotform Tables, right? Can you try setting up the column again, and try sending it once more? Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the +Add button beside the last column of the table.
    2. In the pop-up modal that appears, go to the Buttons tab and choose Send Data to Other Apps.
    3. Now, specify a Column name and click on Next.
    4. Lastly, select the existing OneDrive Integration and click on Create Column.

    That's it, simply click on Send Data button again, for the missing submissions.

    Hi Lorenz,
    Tanks for the quick help. I did a test send and the integration worked.
    On the sending of files to OneDrive, please refer to screenshot below. My old 'OneDrive' column still failed to send but it worked when I created a new column exactly like before.

    I suppose the matter is resolved for now but Im still perplexed at why the intergration stopped working without me taking any actions ie stopped working on its own?
    Would you be able to offer any insights?

    Hi Vertex,

    Since you have already re-integrated OneDrive and confirmed that new submissions are syncing correctly, the issue seems to be related to the existing OneDrive column for the old submissions.

    This can also sometimes happen due to temporary authorization or token expiration issues on OneDrive's side or changes in the integration environment that require re-authentication or resetting the integration actions. 

    To prevent this in the future, regularly check the integration's Action Logs (accessible via the integration settings in your form) to monitor any failed runs and re-authenticate or reset the integration if needed.
