Something has happened to https://io-apps.jotform.io/

The formatting in the Custom Results page is not working correctly. Every time it displays a pop-up, such as when trying to add an image or adjust table settings, the pop-up shows an error code.

This was not a great workaround for quizzes to begin with, but now it's completely worthless.
