    Hi Vanquish,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As a form admin, you can cancel appointments by managing them directly through the Jotform Appointments widget or integration. Access the Form Tables and find the submission for the appointment you want to cancel. Here's how to view the submissions in Tables:

    1. On your Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
    2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.

You can search by the registrant’s name, email, or appointment date and time. To cancel the appointment, either edit the submission if you want to make changes, or delete the submission to free up the appointment slot. Here's how to Edit Submissions:

    1. In your Tables, hover your mouse over the Entry that you want to edit and click on View.

    2. In your Entry Settings panel on the right, click on the Three Dots icon.

    3. Then, select Edit Entry from the options.

    4. Edit the Submission Data to make changes, and then Submit the form.

Now, here's how to delete the entry:

    1. In your Tables, click on the Tick Box of the entry you want to delete.

    2. Next, click on Delete from the upper-right corner.

    3. On the Confirmation Window, select Move to Trash.

Deleting the submission frees the slot for others. Notify the registrant manually if needed, and cancel any linked calendar events to keep everything in sync.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
