Hi there,
I was wondering if i could manually pre-populate some of my input tables? Its for a performance review that is reviewed by different departments, so i'd like to complete some information in the tables before sending on to someone else. -

Hi,
You can use our prefill forms to prepopulate fields in your form.

I'm afraid that prefill is not yet available in input table. However, the workaround below might work for you.
Instead of directly prefilling the input table, we'll add fields that we will prefill and pass the data of these fields to the input table instead.
(1) Add the fields below. Then, hide them.
- Name (For Prefill) - Use Short text field
- Address (For Prefill) - Use Long text field
- Contact(For Prefill) - Use Phone field
*Note: I tried using name and address field but passing its data to the input table does not seem to work.
(2) Create the conditions below.
(3) Prefill the fields.
Sample Result:
I hope this helps.
Should you have further inquiries, kindly let us know.
Thank you.

Greetings,
For the input table, you can try the Prepopulate app. This will help you create a URL that will have URL parameters to populate the input table field.
https://prepopulate.jotform.io/
You can try it and let us know should you need further assistance.
Thanks
